UNREST IN FRANCE
BOMB EXPLODES AT COLLABORATIONIST MEETING London, Aug. 27. Reports reaching Berne from Paris indicate that unrest is continuing. The latest incident occurred last night when a bomb exploded during a meeting of the collaborationist movement, the Reassemblement Populaire, killing one and injuring many.—P.A. NORWEGIAN OFFICERS SENTENCED London, Aug. 27. Oslo radio reported that five Norwegian army officers were sentenced to death at Oslo for “terrorist activity favouring the enemy.” Three others were sentenced to five, three and two years’ gaol with hard labour respectively—P.A.
