FRANCE AND ITALY
NAVAL PROGRAMMES (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 22nd January. Replying in the House of Commons to a question regarding negotiations between France and Italy upon tlieir respective naval construction programmes, the Prime Minister said informal discussions on the naval question were still continuing, and be was not able to make any statement at present.
