A portion of the city was damaged, considerable property damage was done, and citizens were terror stricken by an explosion which wrecked water mains, and rocked homes over a wide area. It is believed that a bomb was set by anti-Governmont demonstrators, who for some time have been creating similar disturbances. THREE PEOPLE KILLED BUENOS AIRES, 20lh January. Three people were killed, and many hurt, and much damage was caused by an explosion of bombs at three railway terminals stations, which were wrecked and a great panic ensued at all three points. Tlie police are investigating.
