SPECIAL ROYAL FLAG
CONCILIATING SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALISTS (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON. 20th January. The authority states that it is an isolated case and not likely to be extended to other dominions, where no question of flags was recently raised.
