GERMANY’S AMY JOHNSON (United PreßS Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) I BERLIN, 17th January. Elli Binhorn, Germany’s Amy Johnson, flying solo to Portuguese Guinea, l’eached Rabat. Thence she flies 3000 miles along the coast till she reaches Bissao. The Spanish press pays a tribute to her courageous use of the shortest route between Barcelona and Madrid, which ordinarily is avoided owing to dangerous air pockets over the mountains.
