FAREWELL TO CANADA

{United Press Association—By Electric Tolegraph—Oopyrtcrnt) ST. JOHN (N. 8.), 16th January. The retiring Governor-General and Lady Willingdon said good-bye to Canada on Friday night. They are sailing by the Montclare for England. Mr Justice Duff, of the Supreme Court, has been sworn in as Administrator of the Dominion pending the appointment of the new Governor-General.
