The terms of the provisional agreement in ihe coal dispute include the resumption at the pay ruling at November. 1950, underground workers working seven and a, half hours daily. _A joint conciliation board is considering the minimum percentage subsistence wage. The agreement, lasts at least until the 31st January, 1934. A skeleton agreement on the majority of points was reached in the Mouth Wales coal dispute, and it is hoped that 'the agreement will be submitted to the miners ’conference at Cardiff to-day. If accepted work resumes on Monday.
