WOMEN’S DIVISION BRANCH (By Telegraph—Pres* Association) DUNEDIN, This Day. The meeting of the Dominion executive of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union concluded to-day. One remit carried was that New Zealand children were inadequately protected from sexual perverts and that Parliament should adopt more drastic punishment. Remits referred to the Farmers’ Union protested gainst the unemployment levy in view of the low produce prices, further expressing the view that levy money raised in country districts should be spent in those districts, and that wages be 12s a day or less.
