SETTLEMENT REACHED (Received 16th January, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, 15th January. Negotiatiops for a settlement of the coal-mining dispute in South Wales were continued at the Board of Trade yesterday, and the issues were so narrowed clown that a settlement was - confidently anticipated. This morning when the miners’ and owners’ representatives again attended at the Board of Trade it was announced that the dispute was settled.
