ACTION BY SENATE (Bj Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, 14th January. The case of a candidate who _ had been caught- cheating at a professional examination was considered by the University Senate to-day. It was decided that he shall not be allowed to sit for the term examination before November, 1933.
