SOLICITOR PLEADS GUILTY CBj Telegraph—Press Association) HAMILTON, This Day. Leslie Bruce Gilfillan (47), a Hamilton solicitor, pleaded guilty to eight separate charges of the theft of sums amounting to £278. He was committed to the Supreme Court at- Auckland for sentence. In a statement accused admitted drawing from time to time money from the trust account for his own use, leaving insufficient in the account to discharge all obligations to his clients.
