ENDOWMENT OF A MEDAL (By Telegraph—Preßs Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A cheque for £IOO to endow a medal has been given by the Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, for the ex-student of Lincoln College judged to have rendered the best service to the agricultural community. The cheque has been received from his Excellency by the Board ot Governors. It is explained that the medal would be “The Bledisloe Medal and Lord Bledisloe himself would arrange the design and inscription which will be the same from year to year. Ihe board decided to write thanking the Governor-General for the endowment.
