RAILWAY CROSSINGS
RESULT OF INVESTIGATIONS (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The elimination of railway crossings, together witli protective devices on existing crossings, was the subject of a special study by Mr A. Tyndall, engineer of flic Main Highways Board, during a visit to tin; United States of America. Mr Tyndall intimated that the result of his investigations would be reported to the Government and Main Highways Board.
