SATURDAY’S MATCHES Hie results of Saturday’s matches in the Motueka Cricket Association's competition were;— Senior.—Whakarewa v. Upper Moutere, a draw; Riwaka defeated Lower Moulore. Junior.—Whakarewa defeated Upper Moutere; Riwaka defeated Tui; Motueka won by default; Ngatimoti A defeated Lower Moutere. The senior match, Upper Moutere v. Whakarewa, was concluded on Saturday at Whakarewa and resulted in a drawn game, Upper Moutere scoring 84 and 39 enns in the respective innings and Whakarewa 39 and 84. L. Sixtus with 13 was the best bat for the visitors, while H. Bisley with 32 topped the list for Whakarewa.
