NO SPECIFIC UNDERSTANDING (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) PARIS, 10th January. Jules Sauterwein, writing in “Le Matin,” says that the recent conversations between British and French financial experts has not resulted in any specific understanding. British experts refused direct co-operation with the French market, and asked the Bank of International Settlement to take up the problme.
