MILITARY ACADEMY DESIGN
WON BY TASMANIAN (United Preos Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, sth January. A Tasmanian, Brian Lewis, who studied at Melbourne and recently attended the Liverpool School of Architecture, won the Victory Scholarship, consisting of a silver medal and £l5O for his design of a military academy. Honourable mention in the same competition goes to Miss Hilary Archer, of Birkenhead, and also a student at Liverpool, to whom it is now revealed that Lewis is affianced. ' ■ ']. ■
