AUCKLAND BANKRUPTCIES
FARMERS HEAD LIST (By Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, 31st December. .There were 153 bankruptcies in the Auckland district in 1930, as against 130 in 1929. The number in the last' three months constitutes a recordFarmers headed the list for the year with a total of 22. Next came labourers (19) and builders and contractors (14). Storekeepers, land agents, engineers, and practically every trade and profession is represented, except doctors and dentists.
