LONDON, 3rd August. The racehorse Strephoil has so far only been doing steady exercises in the open country at Warren Heath and Newmarket, lie will not do track work till he is acclimatised next season. "Sporting Life" understands Strephon's principal objective will be the -Ascot Gold Cup. also probably the Jubilee Handicap. There is a likelihood (hat he will measure his paces with Raton Oppenhcim's American crack Oleander.
