WAYLAID BY BANDITS

SYDNEY, 4th August. A well-known bookmaker, J. Brogan, was waylaid by bandits near his home after trie Warwick Farm races yesterday. Three masked men covered him with revolvers and took £7O, but missed nearly £SOO which he had secreted in the bottom of his car.
