Boswell, assistant commis- ■ siorier of the Auckland Central District Scout*, says that the recent disclosures ..of grave discontent in the-Scout move- ' ment at Christchurch have merely I brought into the open a state-of revolt that' has been in existence for some time throughout the Dominion.. The Imperial headquarters encourage constructive criticism, but in New Zealand, if. any. Scoutmaster expresses dissension from any of the executive's ideas, his % warrant is recalled, under the wrong impression that he is disloyal to the % movement. i
