STRATFORD, 26th July
The following resolution was carried by the session of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. Strafford, relative to exemption from military training: “Thai this session, considering Messrs Richards and Miller are not. lit ar.d proper persons, strongly protest against the idea of their being admitted for training for the Prcsbvterian ministry.”
