A NARROW ESCAPE (United Preu Association.—By XleotrW Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 26th July, 10.10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Tnis Day, The Victorian 'Ministry had a narrow escape from defeat when a Labour member moved that a Bill to appropriate the amount contained in the Estimates should be withdrawn. The Speaker’s casting vote saved the Ministry.
