BALKAN INCIDENTS
ATTITUDE OF JUGO-SLAVIA LONDON, I.2th July. The flare-lip in 'the Balkans has earned Jugo-Slavia a strong rebuke from Britain, says a political correspondent. "Recent frontier incidents, including the shooting of Bulgarians last month, should have been investigated under the terms of the Pirot resolutions, providing for a mixed commission of inquiry on the spot to prevent recurrences. Bulgaria expressed willingness for such an inquiry, but Jugo-Slavia declined. Britain, in view of her natural interest in Balkan incidents and the effect of these on world peace, has examined the position, and advised Jugo-Slavia that she was wrong in declining to participate in the inquiry, the reasons being entirely insufficient.
