GERMAN MEDIATION
WELCOMED BY RUSSIA (Received 23rd Julv, 10 a.m.) MOSCOW, 22nd July. Soviet circles welcome the offer of German mediation, which is the only acceptable channel. It declines the League's mediation because the majority of .League members are imbued with anti-Soviet spirit.
