It is officially announced that the King passed a good night and that his progress continues to he satisfactory. (Received 20th Julv; 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, 19th July. The King's progress continues. The “British Medical Journal” says the King stood tile operation very well. Belli the general and local conditions unsatisfactory and tlio immediate result of the operation is regarded as having fulfilled all expectations, lb may bo hoped the cavity will now gradually heal from the bottom. PRINCE GEORGE (Received 20th July, 11:40 a.m.) LONDON, 19th July. Prince George, who is suffering from indigestion, is abandoning Foreign Office duties and public engagements in order to undergo dieting treatment.
