The Farm Beard has announced that loans from the 150 million dollars farm relief fund, held for tho use of the board, will not be made to agricultural interests until the board formulates a definite credit policy, nor until the interests needing credit exhaust their borrowing facilities at private banks or federal intermediate banks. Ail, additional member of the board who is shortly to be appointed by President Hoover is expected to be an expert who will deal entirely with the problem of surplus wheat.
