GORED BY A BULL
A FARMER'S DEATH (By Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Tins Day. A verdict that death was due to collapse of both lungs following, injuries received through being gqred by a bull, was returned at the inquest concerning the death of J. C. Rimmer, of Helensville. Arthur John Skelton said he saw the deceased enter his paddock followed by the bull, which tossed and gored him continually. Witness endeavoured to slop the onslaught with a pitchfork. The bull was eventually shot through the eye. Witness said the animal was a dangerous one.
