The business of Carrick Wedderspoon Ltd.. electrical engineers and merchants, has been taken over by a new company formed under the name of Gough) Gough and Hamer, which will carry on tho business with the same organisation as previously except that "Mr Carrick Wedderspoon will not be connected with the firm. Mr Edgar Gough. chief engineer to the old company, will be managing director, and Mr If. Hamer, secretary of the old company, will be general manager and isecretary. The new company lws taken over the entire business, including the Auckland, Wellington and Dunedin branches, as from Ist July.
