NEGLIGENT DRIVING
SERVICE CAR DRIVER'S LICENSE * CANCELLED (By Tsltcraph—Press Association) PALMERSTON N., This Day. "This man is not fit to be on the road. Ho has had two accidents in six •months and offered no explanation. It may be his eyesight or it miry .be carelessness," said Mr Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court when two charges of alleged negligent driving were preferred against J. O'Leary, a service car driver. Defendant's license was cancelled until Ist June, 1930, and fines were also inflicted.
