STORM FOLLOWS HEAT WAVE (Unitsd Prsss Association—By EUatrlc Telegraph—Copyright) United Service LONDON, 13th July. A remarkable windstorm struck a wide circle in. the southern and eastern Midlands of England, breaking a long spell of brilliant weather culminating in a heat wave which immediately disappeared before the wind, which blew at some places at 50 miles an hour.
