REVOLVER AND BOMBS (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright Ansf'Mian A N.Z. able Association.) WARSAW, May 7. An amazing tragedy was enacted in the examination loom of a college at. Vilna. where, a youth who failed at a previous examination produced a revolver and filed at. the principal. Other s udents seized the assailant, and tone a youth who was trying to shield the principal, was lulled. The assailant then threw a. hand-grenade, the explosion killing himself arid another, wounding ten others. Before the panic subsided a second youth threw a bomb, afterwards firing a revolver at the professors, killing one ot them, and then committing suicide. The principal was severely wounded. It is believed that the attack was due to revenge for the principal’s alleged severity.
