KITCHENER SCHOLARSHIPS

Sept. 28, 2.10 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27. .3The Council of "the Kitchener; .JFund. has' decided " to scholarship to enable served "with, the forces,, or dead or disabled soldiers in the war to travel and study in Allied countries, ■ to. the value of £l5O yearly. This is supplementary to the fund which' proposes relief for disabled soldiers. "
