THE GOVERNMENT OPTIMISTIC. (Published in The Times.) LONDON, Sept. 24. The Times correspondent at Athens says the Government aippears to be optimistic. It is 'willing to sacrifice two notoriously anti-Entente mern'bers of the Cabinet, MM. Roufos and Vccotopulos, in order to satisfy- the Allies. Germany has not replied to the protest regarding the kidnapped army corps. It is stated that the Greek note also demanded the evacuation of Kavala, Drama and Seres. The mutiny on the cruiser Averoff is officially denied, 'but the commander has been relieved. ANOTHER NOTE TO GERMANY. (Renter's Telegrams.) AfTKHNiS, Sept. 25.
