BLOCKADE SEVERELY FELT. NATIONAL CREASING. , COLOEL REPINGTON'S VIEWS. (Published in The Times.> (Rec. Sept. 25. 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 24. Colonel Repington Teviews the positions as being favourable to the Allies. There is indisputable evidence that the hlockade is severely affecting Germany internally. The Allied hammering on the Soimne is increasing the national dejection. Other causes of anxiety are the ■war loan and the constant shifting of troops on all fronts to repair deficiencies. When the veil is lifted it will show that Germany has suffered greater misery and losses of men, money, ships, and credit than could be possibly imagined. The Allies are methodically blasting a ■srav towards the Meuse. They have encountered and overthrown nearly half to recover lost ground demonstrating the German Western divisions, failures to recover lost ground demonstrating the enemy's inferiority. The Western pressure is adversely affecting Hindenburg's Eastern plans. GREAT POLITICAL CRISIS DEVELOPING.
