(United Press Association.) WEUUINGTCN', Sept. 22,, At the Tvlagistrate's Court, H. G. Bedell, clothing manufacturer, was fined £lO- - breaking a contract- for the supply of military garments by using cotton instead of Mnen thread. Counsel explained that Bedtell was unable to secure linen thread' of the requisite colour. The viantract was cancelled when the breach was discovered by the authorities.
