THE DOBRUDJA FRONT
ENEMYIS POSITION .CRITICAL. (Reuter's Telegrams.) .BUCHAREST, Sept. 20. A skilful Russo-Roumanian strategic movement in the Dobrudja resulted in such a shortening of the front that the enemy's position is critical. The arrival of reinforcements has improved the situation, and a battle is imminent. Hitherto there have been onlyminor actions, resulting in our favour. Sept, 21. 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, Sept, 20. A German communique states :—Stubborn Dobrudja battles are proceeding. The enemy, by a surprise attack, succeeded east of Fiorina. South of Belasica and Planina the Bulgars ousted the Italians from two villages. ROUMANIAN SUCESSES. (Rec. Sept, 21. 11.50 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Sept. 20. A communique, announces Roumanian successes in the region of Enigla, in the Dobrudja, 19 miles south of the railway from Constanza to Chernavoda. BULGARIAN COMMUNIQUE. (Rec. Sept. 21. 11.50 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Sept. 20. A Bulgarian communique reports t.ciat great battle is progressing in the Dobrudja.
