A correspondent writes:—The Val. Triage evangelistic service held im the Methodist Church last night was well attended and several conversions took place. Meetings are flo 'he held every night, except Saturday, until Tuesday next. To-morrow a torch light procession will' (parade the main street and; an open-air addlress will precede the gathernmg in the church. Very great interest is being taken in the afternoon te* to be heDd on Friday and the ladies are exceptionally keen im their determination) to (get a record muim!iber of the older (generati'oni together to meet *he mdssioner. Arrangements have beeni made for over one hundred! iboquets and huttohholes and if all the .irmtations issued' are accepted the hall -will prove all too smaiM.
