The Daily Mail's Amsterdam correspondent states that the Vossiche Zeitung alleges that a German division east of Silistria drove back the Roumanians on the Russians, and that simultaneously the Bulgo-Germans outflanked the RussoRoumanian right, driving in the Servians. Thus Mackensen's line foi-med a loon forcing the Rnsso-Roumanians to withdraw.
