T'heotokis' party, whidh early in the war favoured! an understanding with Austro-Germany with a view to obtaining a Balkan settlement. Their views have undergone some modification since M. Theotokis's death. MAJORITY OF THE CABINET ANTIVENEiZEOST. LONDON, Sept. 18. The [Morning Post's Athens correspondent says that with two exceptions the members of the Cabinet are strongly anti-Venezelist. It is evident that all thought of joining the war has again been shelved.
