It was (resolved to send tobacco through the Evening 1 Mail, as was done last year. Ow,inig to the lack of space on> the ox\U •going transports, the Lady Liverpool Oamimittee have beehi instructed that privately addressed! parcels l cannot -be sent with: rtfhe Christttniasi gift chests.. .
