Reuter'a Sofia correspondent say: that Bulgaria has rejected the Ports'; proposal to redupfi tihe com'pensatioi claim if tbp frontier wero rectified. SOFIA, Friday. Owing to the Constantinople report, Britain is advising Turitcy tc accept an indemnity of four millions M. Paprikoff, conversing with dij>lo matists, hinted that Bulgara wai prepared to assent to this amount. PETERSBURG, Friday. Russia has initiated remonstrance'; to Turkoy and Bulgaria against the military measure on the frontier, as they are calculated to impede the effort*! of the Powers to effect a friendly settlement; and she is also opposing a rectification of tho frontier.
