A LABOUR LEADER REFUSES ' BAIL. (Received 9.40 a.m.) i SYDNEY, Thursday. Tom Mann, the labour- agitator, committed for trial in. connection with the Broken. Hill strike riots, has declined to accept, bail ' on . the condition that he will not participate in affairs at Broken Hill.
