TBANSFEB OF REGISTRATION. LOSS OF NEW ZEALANP-OWNED SAILERS. [United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Thursday. It is stated that as a result of New Zealand shipowners being harassed by the shipping laws and being unab'e to compete, with Australian-owned tonnage, all the principal sailing shipowners are transferring their ."vessels' to the Australian register. This means that the Dominion is losing the credit of owning thousands of tons of shipping, while docking, survey, and repairs will be done in Australia. Mr G. D. Nicols' sailers already have; been transferred, while- the Craig \ Line '. is now transferred to the Sydney register. : Loss of sle"r> often ccufci hesdtiche.
