THE TRIAL OF GOODE. rjUwnED Pbiss Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. Dr Goode, the Waitara doctor, will be brought before the Court on Wednesday nest, on a charge- of murdering Mrs Klenner at Waitara. The preliminary hearing is expected to last throe days, fully 30 witnesses being subpoenaed.
