WELLINGTON RACES.
Racecourse, Wednesday. At the Epring meeting to-day the attendance was poor and the weather pleasant. When the saddling bell rung for the first race only about 700 were present, Detectves are going round taking the names of all concerned in half-crown sweeps. Railway Stakes—Hilda 1 ; Randwick 2 ; Grand Duchess 3, seven started. Time 1 mm 18 aces.
