The Bacchante is now expected to leave Melbourne for Sydney on Wednesday next. Melbouene, Saturday. The judgment in the Ferret prosecution was delivered to-day. Henderson, the reputed , owner, and Wallace, the purser, have each been Sentenced to Seven years' imprisonment, and Wright, the captain, to three and a half years.
