The Government has decided to make a call of the House for the Ist of March when the division on the second reading of the Reform Bill will be taken.
Messrs Goldsborough and Co.'s review of the past wool season shows that 165,000 bales have- been catalogued and 122,000 bales sold in Victoria during the season. The total shipments amounted to 283,000 bales, being an increase of 25,000 bales on last year.
Parliament resumed its sittings to-day after the recess. In tho Legislative Council Berry foimally moved the second rending of thfc Reform Bill and the debate was adjourned.

In the Legislative Assfmby last liignt, Graham Berry in the course of bis speech in moving the second reading of the Reform Bill said that if the ratepayers' roll for the Assembly was fixed on the basis of that for the Legislative Council he saw no democratic objection to the Norwegian scheme of holding a joint sitting of tho two Houses for the settlement of the reform question.
