(Per Wakatipu at Wellington) Sydney, November 27. Two men, named Pringle and Tompkins were summoned at' the Water Police Court, for allowing the exhibition of Kate and James Kelly. The evidence showed that Tompkins let the premises to Pringle, who sub-let them to the Kellys, who showed themselves and Ned's grey mare and saddle. A detective tastified that on Monday night, between 1100 aud 1200 persons paid for admission. The case was postponed, the defendants each giving two sureties of £40 each, aud self in £80.
