Sydney, Tuesday. Parliament is dissolved. Mklbouiine, Tuesday. A grand review was held to-day of 3,000 Volunteers and 1,000 British and foreign seamen. Tbe weather was brilliant and the review was a grand success. The action of Mr Gaunson with regard to the reprieve ftf Ned Kelly is generally condemned. The execution takes place on Thursday. It ib Btated that Mr Vallance intends to bring an action against the stewards of the Victorian Racing Club for disqualifying Mata and it is expected tbat the disqualification may be rescinded. Wednesday. It is expected that a motion of censure ou Mr Gaunson for the action he has taken in regard to Ned Kelly's repreive will be passed in the Legislative Assembly. Meetings in agitation of the reprieve coutinue to be held in Melbourne and other' places. *• Sailed—Rotomahana for the Bluff yesterday.
