(Sydnoy Special.) London, April 21. The Daily News says it is understood at Portsmouth that the Prince of Wales visits Australia next autumn in the Serapis. Sir Garnet Wolseley is directed to return to England forthwith. Kohiatau, a chief, has arrived at Cabul on a friendly mission to the British. Eighty persons were killed and two hundred wounded in a hurricane at Missouri.
